I was placed in the inside waiting room 4 times during my last visit. After each process I had to go back to the waiting room. I never waited more than 5 minutes but I still felt shuffled around."

Even if they are very busy, which is usually true, they move you through all the tests and exams quickly and smoothly. Then when Dr. Barnard comes in, everything he needs to know is right there before him. He also does an exam then explains everything in a way I can understand. He has given me many shots in the eye and several surgery's, even those things are done in a way that I am mentally and emotionally prepared. I have recommended him to many people."
