"I've been using sanctuary for years now, and I *did* get my card after my November 29, 2023 visit. Same day appts are available. However I've never felt so interrogated by a Dr for this program before. Dr Kakiuchi seemed more interested in trying to find something I was "hiding", than actually listening and understanding- or even believing his patients. He also told me "not to worry, we won't take your card away" after discussing my health. Which was probably reassurance. But as that had never occurred to me, it seemed odd, if not threatening. Bottom line: Sanctuary is good, you can book online and get an appt same day, never had any other problems. However I would not recommend Dr Kakiuchi."
