"First time going to a dermatologist just for a standard checkup and I will probably not go back. There is literally no parking. Had to park in the next plaza and walk over, plus there is no sidewalk or easy connection. I was never told which doctor I was seeing and they are split between two floors, so I just had to guess. The staff seemed like they would much rather be somewhere else, especially the nurse. I understand they probably see a lot of bitter snowbirds, but that doesn't mean you have to be bitter. The exam took roughly 60 seconds and there was no real opportunity for me to discuss any concerns I had, so I just had to awkwardly interrupt the doctor. I am not really sure what treatment I was prescribed or really what my diagnosis is. Plus the whole thing cost me $170, which I only found out after the appointment. Also, when I tried to make an appointment for my wife, they tried to make excuses as to why I couldn't schedule an appointment. We will go somewhere else."

"I had a great experience at the Bonita Springs office with Dr. Burton and staff. Everything went smoothly, staff were receptive and checked in on me, and Dr. Burton is calm, kind and confident. I would definitely recommend him and will be back."

"Only one front staff was willing to help me she checked me in and out she very professional, the rest were busy on their phones. Nurse was blah, unmotivated did not introduce himself and just overall straight to the point with a bunch of questions, my app was at 345 mayb he was over it who knows. The PA kristen did her job explained what she thought was the reason for my hairloss, they wont know unless it keeps happening after 4 month which is frustrating because you are loosing all this hair for so long and have to wait it out basically as they have no way to know untill its too late, also the one thing about the scalp check was she barely checked it and that was strange I assumed she would check my scalp in more depth but they are the professioals so i guess i will have to trust them. Lastly when I scheduled my app they had said I can do both a skin check and hair scalp check for hairloss app in one but that was not true per the PA, I had to make a second app for the skin check. Will give them a second chance made my app."

"By far the worst medical office experience I have ever had. As I arrived the front office staff informed me that my insurance was inactive (it was active). All the front or business office had to do was pick up the phone and call my insurance company to verify. Your front office staff made me feel like I was doing something wrong and did not belong in the office. Please change your procedure and ensure that after someone has taken the time out of their workday to come into your office, you treat them with respect and equality and do not make the person feel inferior for an error on your part."

"This is my opinion only. I made an appt as a snowbird who needed a check up after 2 years. A neighbor recommended the Woodruff Institute and I was very happy with my experience. It is a beautiful building and waiting room had chairs spaced out. Reception area organized and I was greeted in less than 10 minutes by Erin. Dr. Hernandez gave me a full body complete check up and explained what were age sun spots, one to watch, a sore that needed prescription ointment and a pre cancer freeze. I enjoyed chatting with her for a few minutes. I highly recommend this office if you have issues or just need a yearly exam. Note I went to Bonita Springs-but they have offices in North Naples, downtown Naples, and Ft Myers also."
