"I’ve been to multiple urgent cares in multiple different states and have never been hit with a “New patient fee”… it was $500 and they don’t tell you this. Paid my copay and then got hit with a surprise bill in the mail a month later. My insurance covered roughly half and I have to cover the rest. Be sure to ask about it before going, it’s not wrong of them to have a new patient fee but the lack of informative information provided is wrong. It would of been really nice of them to say “hey, we do charge a $500 new patient fee on top of the actual medical charges, would you like to check with your insurance to see how much is covered before proceeding?” Also, doctor was extremely brief with me, roughly 3 min. Didn’t even take time to actually see the problem, just prescribed me meds and said I don’t know why you have this problem, but if it doesn’t get better go see an ENT."

"OH MY Goodness!! My family Dr wouldn't see me for Bells Palsy or a week later, a sinus infection, and This Clinic Is Highly Recommended!!! I saw them for BOTH incidences! Everyone i encountered was professional, caring and more than able to Help Me!! I am so thankful you were so convenient!! and available with practically no wait either time!!"

"UPDATE: I received a refund immediately after posting this review & after speaking with someone who took ownership of the issue. Updated to 5 stars due to the experience with the staff & their quick call to action to resolve this matter. Thank you! ———— My wife visited the Founders Square location as it was open during Labor Day last year. The staff was helpful and friendly. However, they overcharged me even when my insurance clearly shows them being in network for urgent care visits. I showed my insurance card at the desk and I was told that it did not matter, they charged the standard fee and that once the insurance went through I would be reimbursed. I have been in contact with their billing department & have phoned them several times. They have an open case and reassured me that I would be reimbursed, however it has been over 3 months and still have not heard back. Every time I call, I am told the same thing- that they do not see anything in their notes and that I would receive a check in the mail. This happened to me at another location, and leaving a review with my experience was the only way I was able to get the refund. Be cautious, especially if they are in network with your insurance!"

"I broke my finger several weeks ago. The service was slow to get in for X-ray. As it doesn’t feel healed, called today to request a cd of X-ray for PCP. I can’t believe they charge $10 to burn a CD for 2 X-rays… the manager Julian stated that is there policy for years. I work in medical & have never experienced a charge for my medical documentation. This policy is ridiculous.. you got a copay & billed insurance..this is greed & not patient centered. Wont be back there!!! the ER is literally across the street they give you copies without additional charges. Response to there reply This mentality the employees & administration have is exactly why you have so many 1 star reviews. You shouldn’t chase your customers away."

"I want to thank everyone at Collier Urgent Care. When you’re not feeling well, there’s no better reception you will receive than from Karen at the front desk. She was friendly, understanding, and very professional. The care I received was excellent. I highly recommend them to everyone!!!"
