"Doctors do not explain well to their patients different methods of uses at each INDIVIDUAL dispensary. The licensed doctor is the only one who can diagnose a patient, don’t leave the diagnosing for a dispensary associate who isn’t trained nor has the knowledge to. A patient gives their money to find help, you get what one associate makes in one day , PER PATIENT. There are zero excuses, do your jobs right or please get out of this industry. We are to give change to people’s help , and make things easier in their transitions from big pharmaceutical companies and their aid. There’s no reason as to why a patient’s visit should be only for 5 minutes if they have 0 knowledge on cannabis Or cannabis products . It takes 30 minutes to 40 out of our time with patients like these to find a product for them because we can’t legally diagnose them or suggest what we like. I will be filing a complaint with OMMU because this is outrageous how often I see this."
