"Don't waste your time...... what a horrible experience....I wasted 2.5 hours of my time with them yesterday. Let me tell you about the first impression when you enter the place. It looks like they are just moving in or moving out and they still in the middle of construction....nothing wrong with that but when you ask how long ago they opened their doors ..... the answer is 3MONTH....... There is no reception desk, no furniture......couple chairs here and there......no STAFF......only three people run the show, and what a show it is. One Doctor who thinks it is important to tell the patient half of his life story...sorry not interested....but won't take a look at the patient nor listen to them. Two young women ...one of them takes your info down and knows nothing, so don't bother to ask her any questions. Another young woman who did most of the work....the ultra sound, but during the Ultra Sound needed to make sure she forwarded her work hours in order to get paid. So after I had the ultrasound done the doctor came with his little fancy tablet which he had slight issues to use, he started with the words....wait for it.....this is the BEST......"All the data from my ultrasound is being valuated by their software and tells him how to tread me........nothing he has to decide....the software is doing the work for him"......CLASSIC. He mentioned as well while he was explaining my ultrasound I have very big Veins some of them up to 10mm and they have to be treated. Okay the "push the button" happened and their system tells them my treatment will not be covered by my insurance. Doctor went back to the two Women and tells them there is something wrong with their system.......long story short.....my consultation was cut short or more likely ended because of the Insurance issue. Even me asking the Doctor to explain to me the Treatment or the procedure and not being worried about payment because I can pay for it myself he refused to talk to me any further about Treatments. I should make a new appointment for next Monday and somebody, don't know if them or I, will straighten out the software clinch or insurance issue, because it was not mentioned. Please don't waste your time with that facility ...... they are absolutely useless.....and me trusting them after those 2.5hours I had to spent there is absolutely ZERO......."
