"Not nice at all didn’t even introduce themselves. We’re so dry and cold especially the nurse practitioner and the client representatives"
"Where do I even start? I have had a plethora of bad experiences here. Let’s start with the most recent one. I have been needing a referral for a specialist for two weeks and they have not sent it and now I will have to reschedule the appointment because they did not send the referral on time even though I called about it every other day. This isn’t even the first time this has happened as I have had to leave the office the day of an appointment before because they never sent the referral. Apart from this, they do not like walk-ins and I had an urgent matter that was not urgent enough for the emergency room. So I went just to see if they had any appointments and they were a mess. On top of this I was also misdiagnosed 3 times until I figured out myself that I had tonsillitis rather than just a common cold because my PCP didn’t think to check for tonsil stones and thought I had mono instead. I told them that there was no way that I had mono but they insisted. And I was sent the wrong prescription because they did not check for tonsillitis even though the symptoms aligned and I figured it out myself in the end."

"Had a scheduled appointment for 2 kids same provider. Appointment scheduled over a month in advance. At check in I made clear I had 2 kids seeing provider. My oldest was seen without me in the room while my little one had to use the restroom. He wasnt feeling good. By the time he was done we returned to waiting room then told he could not be seen because they called him while he was in restroom. Drove an HOUR to this office. The FRONT DESK STAFF have ZERO customer service. They had a "oh well" don't care attitude. Complete turn off and I may not bring my kids back because of that alone!"
"Called to make appointment with insurance . They said they took my insurance and made me call my insurance and switch the primary doctor to theirs. I was given a the green light by my insurance and given a reference number. Called the front desk back who confirmed the reference number and scheduled my appointment. Said all was well. Got there today and they suddenly don’t take my insurance . This leads me to believe front desk just never checked. Another odd thing is how my insurance is under the impression they still work with this doctor. Just overall irresponsible front desk . They don’t realize people have to take time off and can’t afford for them not to do their job correctly. Unacceptable"
