"This office is down right inhumane! I have never felt so helpless and sick in my life. I’ve never heard of an office taking months to get approvals for patients with breathing struggles for their meds. There is NO excuses for a business to treat people this way and hold them in limbo for sample injections cause they can’t get work done. I have military insurance and had to send my husband in uniform to get Laura to talk and help. That is ridiculous I had to go to those lengths and sickened. I am told to just keep calling to see if samples are in for my life changing injections. The stress of this alone and I can’t imagine how many other approvals and people just at the mercy of this non caring office! Approval and medication should arrive on door steps no one should have to keep going back to an office? I have great insurance and told all kinds of lies and stories from this office. Seemed simple right?!? No! Laura her assistant I complained twice on for being hateful in front my daughter and for no reason. I’ve never been treated by a dr assistant so terrible in my life . She doesn’t care doesn’t want to be there and hates her job and every new client. When my medicine never came I panicked calling office never to answered or called back! No follow up no nothing! The front desk are the only nice humans and they keep quitting as well. My husband has been away active duty for months and the struggle has been real. Tammy was nice and diagnosed me finally, puting my year long nightmare to rest. So I thought! Been waiting on sample injections sometimes they have sometimes they don’t. It seems to be first come first serve now who’s struggling the most clients while we make excuses of why we’re so behind! DO NOT COME HERE!!! Update my 1st appt was July 2023 I finally got my meds delivered Jan 2024. 6 months for breathing problems!!!! Laura responded via email showing me her work. I noticed I started there in July 2023 and nothing even done or filed till Oct.? I found the lack of follow up on insurance rejections, not verifying faxed information or confirmation of sent faxes of this importance. There should be a verified paper trail of everything she does in my file. Blamed Dupixent for never receiving faxed forms when the fax machine should show all this? Stated she finally had to call and hold for 30 mins for PA. I had to catch all this for her! Problem! This seems like a loaded process and she needs better follow up procedures and verification process or something. No communication of this from the office ever. I had to do all of this. I never want to see this human ever again, after what she has put me through! She just made my suffering and sickness so hard, stressful and I never wish that upon anyone! Worst experience of my life! Not to mention she was snarky when she finally sent the email. Apparently she says she loves her job when she finally shared her work. Guess she’s thinks we should all just trust her standout qualities and customer service. I would’ve left and went anywhere but here but I was stuck in this process with this troll of a woman for half a year. Our service to our country doesn’t mean dirt to her and my insurance is a pain for her maybe?!? Idk don’t care that’s her job and problem. My health continues to rise without the shortage of Dupixent injections. Amen god is good not Laura!!!"
