"If I could give zero stars I would- I went in voluntarily for depression and found this was the worst possible place I could have put myself. There’s no order there’s no group therapy (as advertised) the “counselors” that run the floor are rude and dismissive. The whole place is a hot mess. The only good that exists in the entire place is Jennifer the nurse. She helped me get my discharge papers together and medication. 10/10 would NOT recommend. I felt as if I was being punished for being mentally ill instead of being helped."

"The more I deal with this place the more of a joke it becomes. First of all they never check any ID for visitors even if it's for children so anyone can visit a child off the street. The children and separated from adults by a thin piece of foam that they just move back and forth as a partition. Even if your child is moved to voluntary admittance you cannot get them until the doctor discharges them and that might take an extra day if the doctor isn't there. They quadrupled my child's medication overnight without even checking with her actual psychiatrist. The last straw was me just calling the 24-hour Emergency Crisis Services number and getting no answer for 10 minutes. This place is a disgrace."
