"Overall my experience was great. My only suggestion is not asking people why they are there in front of everyone else. I did not need to know that the very large man sitting next to me has had diarrhea for 3 days."

"The good part of the visit started once I met with the provider. The provider who met with me was great. She was caring, thorough and efficient. She did a chest X-ray and reassured me I did not have pneumonia. The rest of the visit was ridiculous. I registered online to “ save time” and “save my spot”. Fortunately I did not wait to be contacted that they were ready to see me but instead went directly to the office on Santa Barbara. I don’t know why their website says they will contact you. A woman came in who had been waiting five hours at home after registering online before giving up and coming in. She got in line like everyone else. Your wait begins once you arrive. There is no benefit to registering online. The receptionist told me, and everyone else who arrived, that the wait was 45 minutes to one hour. When I arrived there were only three people in the waiting room. The same 45 minutes was told to all the people who arrived after us. One gentleman waited over an hour before being told they didn’t take his insurance. Then they said their computer system was down and that was causing delays. They told two of us we were next and then called a third person in before us. We were finally called in after 3 1/2 hours!! Had we known the wait was that long we would have gone elsewhere or come back the next day. What a nightmare. Our provider apologized and said all their offices experienced the computer crash and that was what had caused this delay. She said their normal wait time rarely exceeds an hour. I won’t be going back there to test that assertion."

"Excellent wait time. We were back in less than 30 minutes. Mike ran my mother's flu/covid test with the greatest of ease and care. Upon diagnosis by Coleen, she proceeded to provide all the care my mother needed fast, efficient, and very thorough. To be honest, I wish more physicians operated by the example set forth by this clinic's personnel, from the moment of arrival to discharge. On a scale of 1 to 10, I give them a 12! May God favor each of the professionals here."

"Facility was immaculate and staff were friendly. A little bit of a wait for walk in but that’s expected. Made me feel welcomed and cared for. Attending nurse and NP were amazing. I’d highly recommend and go back if I’m in need."

"Would definitely recommend if need medical attention. Had a very bad cough they took me in quickly. Very fast service. The staff was great. You need to sign in online so do before you get there to save time."
