"Yeah I cannot reiterate enough to look elsewhere for your care. There is zero communication and pharmacies cannot even get in touch with them. This has resulted in my 2 week lack in medication leaving me with severe issues with anxiety. They had an office in Punta Gorda but gone now if that doesn't tell you anything. When my husband was in his appointment the guy had more interest in guitars than helping my husband. I've been a patient here for approx. 2 years and will NEVER go back There are hundreds of qualified physicians in CC that have a genuine interest in your care. Pick any one of those!"

"This is the only medical facility I have been to (and I have been to quite a few recently) where the front desk staff don't wear masks. The nurse that I did see wearing one had her nose hanging out of it. The Dr that my father see's in this practice does not wear a mask. My father has cancer. Are we not in the middle of a pandemic?! Shameful! I do not recommend this practice."

"After reading through the patient reviews where this office has a mere 1 star reputation, I would recommend that you avoid this office. I went there nearly two years, always paid my copay, and they kept wanting to do more tests knowing that I had good insurance. I never received a bill from them, and had I, I would have addressed the situation immediately. Today I opened up a credit karma account and found only one derogatory remark on my credit, Primary Care Associates had turned me over to collections for a bill I had never received. When my health was not getting any better, I went to the Watson Clinic in Lakeland where I was seen by specialists, not a nurse practitioner. I put in a change of address and received nothing from them. A few months ago, I moved again, putting in a change of address, and still have never received a bill or collection letter, but they made sure they contacted Equifax. I have filed a dispute with Equifax about their shady practice of ordering unnecesary tests, as opposed to sending you to a specialist. I have warned all my friends about the treatment I received when I was seen there. The only socalled nurse practitioner which I saw was a man named Robin, and there was also a very elderly phlebomist who torn me up trying to find a vein for a blood test. If I could give this office zero stars, I would! I felt dirty going there, and felt the medical staff which I saw, were less than professional."

"Dr Tannenbaum is an exceptional doctor. He believes in comprehensive medicine and his practice is state of the art. He has EKG, XRAY, CT Scan, MRI, and lab machines right in his practice. There is no need to send his patients out to a lab or diagnostic imaging place to perform any test when he can do them right in the office. Both Fort Myers and Cape Coral offices are equally as good. He is also very well connected with other physicians in case you need to be referred. I went in for a physical exam and my labs were done right on site, the wait time was very minimal and the staff was very pleasant. I would recommend this place to anyone"

"They have issues. I had Dr Moore for over a year. He ordered an in house ultrasound for neck arteries ( even though I had no medical complaints). All clear with results. I come back in 9 months later and apparently there was something on the test to do with a cyst on my Thyroid. Why are you waiting 9 months to tell me this? I had also been in one time previous with no mention. Guess what, he wanted to run the test again?? He was not even prepared for today's visit.. This place loves to fish for things to test you for and up bill your insurance. What if I had Cancer would they had told me. Probably not. I have also referred friends who have had very negative first time experiences with this practice. I was embarrassed I referred them. Note: Upon further public records search. Dr. Moore voluntarily surrendered his medical license in Sept 2014 in the Common Wealth of Virginia and is not eligible for reinstatement following an investigation by the board. He was cited mainly prescribing excessive pain medications and patient care. . He was issued a Florida license in 2013, I guess Florida never did a state license search."
