"Absolutely appalled by the unprofessionalism portrayed by whom I came to find out was the office manager in the Cape Coral location. Upon my last appointment, the front desk receptionist was kindly assisting me with making my next two appointments when we were interrupted by a young woman in normal office attire who felt the patient that came after me needed to make an appointment first. I drove 45 minutes out of my way from work to come to this appointment and then I have to drive 45 minutes to get back to work to finish my work day with a book filled with clients myself. The young woman apologized and then told me that the woman behind me needed to make an appointment because she had somewhere to go. I then told her that I also had somewhere to go. She didn't my grandma and then she grabbed another employee who was wearing scrubs and ran off with her as if she needed to tattletail on me. I later called the following week when I called the following week to cancel my appointments, I informed the front desk receptionist as to the two reasons why. She understood and canceled my appointments. A few hours later, I received another text message informing me that I had an appointment. I called back the office and the reception is to apologize and told me that the office manager wanted to speak with me. I told her that I do not want my appointments on the book and I will not be responsible for any missed appointments and to please cancel my appointments. I also informed her that I do not want to speak with the same individual that mistreated me unprofessionally at my last appointment and I feel that she is being combative and doing so. The reception is to apologize and informed me that my appointment was canceled again."
