"Great Dr., horrible staff. They dont answer the phone or return calls. And, they are never in the office. Ive actually driven there on different days at different times and its always closed. I received a 7 month appointment via email today and they scheduled it 2 days after my 7 month visit deadline. I called the State of Florida and I was told my appointment must be before the deadline. I give up!! Sorry Dr. Sonn. You either outgrew your practice or have no clue what your staff is doing!"
