"I made an appointment with this office yesterday, they had an opening at 12 pm but I was told to arrive at 11:30 to fill out paperwork. I arrived on time and stood at the window while the person at the desk ignored me. She was speaking to someone but she didn’t acknowledge my presence. I eventually had to sit down and waited for her to turn back to the window. I gave her my name, told her I had an appointment at 12 pm. I had not yet received my medical cards but did have a letter with my information on on it. She became very rude and asked if I was a pt. I said yes that Humana had sat it up for me. She then asked why I was there, I told her I was very sick and she told that if I were very sick I should have gone to an urgent care and that if I was sick I should have a mask on, as she shoved one at me. At this point I told her that I would leave, I was crying and turned and walked out. I understand that I am 74 years old and things do change but if one is sick, shouldn’t one go to a doctors office? It’s not all hopeless. I walked into their urgent care facility, paid $150 and met with very caring ladies. Angel and born Kristen. Think twice before going to this physicians office only because of the front desk."

"I had a situation arise where I needed to see a doctor while visiting Marco, decided to go here, so glad I did, they did lab work , I got results immediately,saw dr Kristen Lika, sooo professional, spent a lot of time with me, explained so I could understand. I called back the next day with a question, and talked to her over phone, never happens at home, I recommend highly, which I could take her home to be my primary doctor ❤️"

"very disorganized appointments and there's no communication, i had an appointmentt at 3;30 and the doctor had quit so I got a different doctor but so did 3 other people but they were for other things yet they didn't help them to go to the x ray or therapy until the nurse called them, very bad! also the doctors come from naples maybe one day a week so you can't get the same doctor again"

"I’m a very compliant and understanding person and this is my first ever review on anything!!! I had an appointment scheduled for months with Dr.Acosta on a Tuesday at 5, I called them a few days before just to confirm with them what Dr. I’ll be seeing that day. I was told that I was not going to be seen at 5 because Dr.Acosta likes to see her appointments earlier… they never called me to tell me that! AFTER MONTHS of having this appointment scheduled, I had to call to find this out. Now I have to wait 2 more months to possibly be seen. Poor communication."

"Incredibly unprofessional. Came in after being recommended by a family member for my annual physical which is 100% covered by my insurance. The receptionist did not allow me to see the doctor and told me I had to pay $20 co pay. After waiting for 20 minutes she allowed someone else to go ahead of me, without requesting ANY payment from them, although they were 40 minutes past their appointment time. I left this place in tears, missed two hours of work and drove all the way from North Naples. This establishment doesn't even bother to call their patients to confirm their appointments! A total waste of money, time and energy."
