"Bring a lunch and a thermos of coffee for every appointment you have with this facility. They could care less about when you will be seen versus your appointment. It can easily be a half day there for a 15 minute appt. They don't even have a television to watch, or a coffee machine to help pass the time!"

"Sitting here 30 minutes past my appointment time with no idea when I can be expected to be seen…. Was told it’s “normal” to be running this far behind. Yet, if we are late they cancel your appointment and charge for it! I was here 15 minutes early just as they requested me to be, but apparently professionalism is only expected to be extended to the office & staff but not their patients! Very unprofessional. Oh, even better, I’m finally called back there & they said they couldn’t do the test I scheduled the appointment for I have to schedule another one! I have been getting the specific test I came here for for over 10 years… never have I had to make & pay for 2 visits for this simple test! Rediculous!"
