"Just recently, I went in for a three month follow up on my blood work. Both the nurse and Dr. Zagata failed to notice or acknowledge that I had lost 34 lbs. You would think one would have expected a congratulations, how did you do it or an order for an MRI."

"The doctor care is hit or miss. Mine was terrible (no longer there) and my wife's was awesome (although she's no longer there either). They are an administrative nightmare. If you don't have chest pains/ high blood pressure now, you will after you go through their process. I asked for a cholesterol blood check, they performed several blood tests (in their lab) but sent to Quest Diagnostics for assessment. I didn't get the cholesterol screening results as GCMG didn't request it and Quest billed me full price although my insurance had paid GCMG. After several unreturned phone calls, a visit to the office manager, several wasted hours on the phone with Quest- I got nothing- had to pay the bill and didn't even get the test results a I needed. My wife has just went through a very similar issue. Was told by GCMG that her blood work would be $60 but they sent it to Quest who billed her $400. This place is pathetically incompetent and their management is as incompetent as their staff. If you read this review and you still go to them for care, you had been warned!!!"

"They were very well priced, I don't have insurance. Got stitches in my leg after an accident. I feel like they should have left them in a little longer, but i healed well. Would recommend if you need a good walk in clinic."
