"I'm only rating a single star because it does not give an option to select anything lower. I am deeply disappointed with this office's services. The prolonged delay of over 2 months in providing necessary medical documentation to a new office is unacceptable. The consistent failure to return calls and the overall lack of communication demonstrate a disregard for patient well-being. I'm seriously questioning their medical expertise and diagnosis of my mother. This experience has been extremely frustrating, and I'm now compelled to report these issues to the Department of Health. Patients deserve better care and attention than what I've witnessed at this office."
"The office has been very untimely. I was blamed for my followup appointment not being put into the system. Took 3 scheduled appointments to finally be seen. The second one I was told there was a system update and they couldn't see patients. They said they tried to call me but couldn't get in touch. I asked why they didn't attempt another contact method they had on file, they said they don't do that. I was finally seen 4 months after my initial appointment and bloodwork. Plus side, Jennifer, the nurse, is absolutely amazing! She respected my choices concerning disease management and was very helpful!"
"I'm very disappointed in the organization and communication with the staff specifically the new patient referral intake staff. My mother was trying schedule a new appointment for my father to receive an infusion. My mom had got the referral paperwork sent 1 week ago. I called this week and spoke with the new patient referral staff. She stated that she "never received the paperwork" from last week. This is very frustrating and had to resend the referral paperwork . I was told today she finally received the paperwork and it was on the "bottom of the stack" and she is not able to schedule until 3 weeks from now. I realize it may take time to process new patients however, this is very disorganized and frustrating process. I will call again tomorrow to see how this unfolds. Update: It’s been 2 business full days. I called last Thursday twice, left 2 messages with the new patient referral staff, I then left a message with the office manager. This is very frustrating as my family has not been able to get their medicine in a timely manner. If you are not accepting new patients, be clear about communicating expectations and the timeline for patients to be able to get their medicines. Update: 1 week later, the staff have not called. My family members had to call a rheumatology clinic 2 hours away and got in. How disappointing that this clinic which is 15 mins away couldn’t accommodate. Update: 2 months later, my family finally were able to be scheduled. They had an appointment at 9 am. At 8:45 am, they checked in with the first reception. The second person asked them to fill out the new patient form and said their policy was that all new patients arrive 1 hr in advance of their Appt time to fill out the new patient form. My family filled out the form in 10 mins, when they went back to the reception desk she said she had to cancel the appointment because they were “late” by 5 mins even though they had checked in at 8:45 am. The second receptionist cancelled their appointment. They told my family they had to go home and could come back at 10:30 am. This has been the most unprofessional, disorganized and disrespectful service we have had at the clinic. Disrespectful of our time, rude staff and such a disorganized system."
"I love the doctors.. especially Ms Jennifer.. however, getting your scripts sent in when they should be is very difficult. Every month I have to call over and over for my pain medication.. they say allow up to 72 hrs but even when you call 4 or 5 days in advance to when it's due it isn't sent in. I've expressed this to Ms Jennifer many times and she has advised me to ask for her but the people at the front desk won't put me through when I do. It's utterly ridiculous."
"Had a new patient appointment. They rescheduled due to a storm. Told me it was for 9:30am and to arrive 30 minutes early. I arrived early at 10:25 I was told by a nurse the doctor accidentally skipped a head to another patient. I would have to wait another 30 minutes at least. I canceled and left won't ever go back. Seems to be run very unprofessionally. I lost 4 hours from work for this. I understand that /his doesn't bother doctors and loosing money on one little patient is no big deal. However it has a huge impact on me. I can't afford to any more time off work to go to another doctor so I as the patient is the only one who suffers in this case. Very hard to deal with inconsiderate offices. If your time is valuable to you choose another office."
