"It was a very pleasant experience. From check in to check out the medical staff was awesome, very polite, courteous, and professional. The nurse who did my intake was very nice, and courteous to my needs and comfort. The Dr himself was very TALL, lol, but yet gentle and courteous as well, he had a listening ear to my concerns and health. Overall i was very pleased, they worked in a timely manner and I was greatful. I look forward to future visits with the facility. Thank you"
"When I showed up for my appointment, I was told I had to pay $460 for my Stress Echo. I was not prepared for that. No one warned me. I was able to pay half now and they would bill me half later. I had the procedure and a few days later my insurance company mailed me a letter saying the procedure was covered. I called the billing office and they said they just saw that it was covered and would refund me. All good so far. Two weeks later, I had not received the payment. I called in to the billing office and they said "we just got the notice from the insurance yesterday. I will process the refund, it should arrive by mail in 2 to 3 weeks". A full month and a half after they took my money instantly. Unacceptable!"
