"They take a long time to forward your prescriptions to the pharmacy....as in days!! One goes to the doctor for refills for a reason, need. Now at day 6 waiting on prescriptions! I've come back to update this review days later. Called spoke with Nurse, she stated " The Doctor has not signed off on yet" ..... I was charged for a prescription refill appointment as was my insurance yet as of 4/12/23 nothing! They called me and asked that " I find a new clinic" as a direct result of this review LOL Unbelievable and highly unprofessional. I asked gentleman that called why and he said "I don't know, I'm simply passing a message"!!!!!!!! How do you like that people ?? WOW"

"I would like to state first off that I am not a patient, so I cannot provide feedback regarding the providers. I came across this business during a research on options to help with scar tissue from my numerous back surgeries. I found there are no providers locally, so I reached out via their online form. I received a call today that was ultimately unhelpful. Below are the questions I asked and the responses I received. Office administration is the face of any business, and the lack of interest/willingness to provide any sort of assistance was enough to bring me here to provide feedback, whether it is used to improve practices or just overlooked as another overreaction to poor customer service. Question 1: I read about xxxx procedure, would you be able to tell me if it is covered under xxx insurance?: "I wouldn't be able to tell you if it is covered under insurance, you'll need to contact your provider and ask." Acceptable Response: "This procedure is typically / not typically covered under insurance." At the bare minimum. Or offer to research a little further. Question 2: Would it be possible to set up a phone consultation with a provider to see if I am a potential candidate for this procedure? (Stating again, this office is 2 hours away from me): "You would have to come in office for any consultation." Question 3: Okay, do you know about how many visits it would be to do this type of procedure?: "No, I cannot say how many, it varies case by case." Question 4: So there is no way to get any information or verify anything about the service you provide without first requesting a referral and then driving 2+ hours?: "Correct" Obviously, I won't be utilizing this practice. If the administrator on the phone had shown even an ounce of empathy or understanding, possibly a hint of willingness to help, I would have gone through the process of being seen. But that was not the case. I understand that we are all human and have good and bad days, but you have to consider that about the person at the other end of the phone also. The person who has been in so much pain, for so long that they're willing to travel for a shot of feeling okay again. End of rant. Do better. Be better."
"From the extremely clean facility, staff, nurses, and care with Dr Torres, since I have been seeing him for over the past 2 years I have been extremely happy I chose him as my pain Dr. He listens carefully to all my concerns and is always extremely professional. I definitely recommend him to anyone in need of any of the care services in which he offers. He has controlled my pain which has changed my way of life in a great way. Very thorough doctor for sure!"
