"Hey I came on October 16, 2023 and my appointment was at 3:15 and I got there at 3:30 and before we got there my mom called and they told her that she can still come. And we drove almost 2 hours. Then my mom went to talk and she also ask for the manager are someone and she was laughing and being so disrespectful and rude to my mom and making dirty faces. And her name is Meleny and her last name starts with an H so don’t go to that lady are don’t let them curse at you because she did freak her and the hospital worse place I’ve ever been and seen"

"I went in this morning for my first surgery ever and to say I was terrified would be an understatement. Everyone was so helpful, friendly, caring, and answered every question or concern I had without making me feel like a burden which is so important when it comes to your health - from the staff at the check-in desk, the staff that gets you changed and hooked up, to the nurses and doctors. The facility was very clean and the operating room was a really upbeat atmosphere. For a condition I’ve dealt with for almost 11 years, to finally get answers and validation was one thing but this facility and the care of everyone there made it so so easy. I’m blessed to have been there."
