(I hope I'm spelling your name correctly, apologies if I am not) Update (This has nothing to do with Marie): My recent experiences with this practice have not been great. Appointments were scheduled incorrectly (e.g., wrong dates, wrong locations), insurances were filed incorrectly, I was charged for an entire procedure that never happened (thankfully the office manager was able to confirm the procedure did not happen), and a painful mistake happened while a procedure was performed. I am not sure what's happening, but it's sad to see this much go wrong with a practice."

"Scheduled an appointment two weeks ago. 15 minutes before my appointment, as I’m on my way to the office, I get a phone call saying that they’re missing a referral from my PCP. I could have easily arranged this, had I been given at least a day’s notice. They have zero respect for you and your time. I cancelled the appointment and I’d never consider going here."
