"I’ve been going here for years an never had an issue. Everyone is very friendly an helpful. Ladies at the receptionist desk always keep a smile on there face an are very welcoming. Great staff overall. Only once did I get antibiotics for something that antibiotics weren’t going to fix an I went back a few days later after not noticing a change and they were very helping an understanding and even gave me different medication that ended up clearing me right up. I will continue going here because not only is it a clean clinic everyone is very very helpful"

"I’m not sure I understand how you accepted me as a non insured patient and charge me an extra for that and then say there’s certain tests that you refuse to run for non insurance patients, AFTER making me wait 3 hours and already paying. Even though I’m willing to pay full price UP FRONT. That should have been stated before taking $130 that I could’ve used to actually get the full doctors visit I needed."

"Cut my foot, had stitches done and had an issue with the stitches but they took care of me when I came back in and made sure to ensure the stitches were reinforced. I appreciate them taking care of it for me."

"I’ve gone here a while years , and yesterday I went in with my son saw dr . Kahawaja Rahman and he came in and looked at his nose didn’t even saw his throat or nothing just heard his chest and randomly said it’s a upper respiratory infection, and didn’t even check me and he gave us both a cough medicine that I already have at home and just left us there waiting another hour cause we have been waiting there , and I told him I didn’t want that medicine , I know what medicine helps him and so he decided to randomly go for another medication and said he thinks that will take it away, THINK???? when I went home he took it and threw it up and this morning again vomited worst then yesterday and at night he had high temperature from 101 to 103 . Obviously that medicine didn’t work so I called today at 9 am and the front desk supposedly told that dr that was not there but can advise another dr and will call me back at noon and I had to call again cause now it’s already 2:30 and no one called me back. And now I spoke to nurse and she told me that the dr that was in today was a woman and that she said that my son had to take it with food which he did obviously I know that I work at a hospital!!!! And that I have to give it some time to make effective. I mind you my son had gon here yr ago and because of the negligence that that dr had which is no longer there wonder why? And cause of that dr my son had to go though surgery of inlarged tonsils cause that dr said he didn’t have anything every time I would go no one could do nothing and I stoped going there until there was another dr who actually knew what she was doing but now again am having this issue. Please don’t take your kids here the drs don’t care about anything they just throw at you what they think and they google it , that’s not at all professional it sucks to see more drs that are so ignorant . Updated I received letters that we can no longer go ahhahahahaha what kind of uc is this hahahaha I would not go back even if I was dieing yall wasted a stamp and envelopes even to my son that even got more sick . So yes my son did get worse thanks to this dr, since you didn’t give him what was needed , and funny how this business responds negatively too you will get sued cause that’s to you saying he has nothing he had bronchitis and you said he had nothing !!!!!"

I’ve been going to Express care of Tampa bay in Seffner for well over a year and as far as I’m concerned they deserve 10 Stars but Google only allows 5 Great service very friendly and professional staff. And Doctor Khawaja Rahman well he’s just the best he has a very friendly and professional mannerism about him. You could tell he really cares. Thank you once again Oswaldo Ortiz"
