"Horrible support, I constantly can't get my prescriptions when I need them, they also love to make you come back every 2 or 3 months to "re write your prescription" I've had asthma my whole life and somehow still have to have my prescription checked every 2 months but never it's never changed . It's unfortunate they're like this now."
"Not happy with recent changes. Issues with shots materials being available, now they are not accepting walk-ins for shots. People working can't always be available for shot appointments. Services has gone down hill."
"Last year my daughter had a wild reaction to something. We went to multiple hospitals, several doctors, and urgent cares for treatment before being sent to an allergist. My close friend recommended Dr. Kim, so we went with his office instead. I was able to switch appointments with my friend to get the earlier one and it was with Dr. Degala. She is so meek, wise, and kind. She shares what she believes is the best treatment option and takes time for our many questions and concerns. As a nurse and a momma this is very refreshing. This new diagnosis had not been easy to deal with in the beginning, but with their continued support and help it has made it much easier than it would otherwise be. I am so grateful for the entire team at that office. Two of my girls are seen there and they actually enjoy their visits. The office staff is professional and personable. I recommend them to anyone and everyone."
"I have been a patient of Dr Kim's for approximately 8 years. I have never had a problem with getting medication prescribed after 6 months. There is a new arbitrary rule saying they refuse medication after that. I have a chronic disease for 40 years there is no change and I usually go for medication one time a year. When I told the office manager she told me I should consider going to a new doctor. She couldn't understand how I could make it to a pharmacy but not the doctor's office. I told her I was in dire straits and she was uncooperative and dismissive telling me after I told her I was suffering that I was not. I asked to speak with Dr Kim and was refused. I asked for teledoc and was refused. This is what I believe to be called patient abandonment and will look into all of my patient rights. It's a shame to have to go without medication for a lethal when untreated disease because there is a new, completely random, utterly unnecessary rule that can only do with money and not patient services. This is a shame. The office should have contacted me directly 6 days ago when the pharmacy contacted them for the refill and I could have made time in my schedule. This is what happens when a practitioner sells out. Pretty disgusting."
"My first visit was great, however that's where it ends. I didn't want to have an overly sever reaction with the skin tests so I asked for the blood test my insurance covers them 100%. DR. wasn't happy with that request but put in the order leading me to believe it would test as many food allergies as the skin one. When I went to the follow up found out she didn't request the full scale food test beyond the basic. This caught me off gaurd so I asked for another test to be done for more foods. Dr. again wasn't pleased and made me only pick 10 items out of 20 I needed to know about for my new diet. She left in huff but I asked to talk to her about getting the shots. She only talked to me a few more minutes saying she would put in for the shots. I called back two days ago to ask when I can begin the shots only to find out she never put in for the serum to be made. I talked to the nurse about it and asked if I needed to see the other Dr now instead because obviously the Dr had issues with me needing to know what was good for my body and what was not. Today I get a letter from the Business manager telling me I threatened the nurse to write a bad review and get lawyers involved which I never did and they refuse to be my allergist anymore. The nurse lied and now I'm without answers to my second round of tests and lost for getting treatment. I never threatened anyone but since I'm being accused of something I might as well do it and share my story. Obviously this place has been sued before and if a patient holds them responsible to give them proper care they run for the hills and make up lies to the office management who don't call to hear your side of it and dismiss you like trash. Find another practice so you don't end up being treated second class and then don't get your treatments or help delayed or told your concerns don't matter."
