"I went to Florida Orthopaedic Institute for pain in both knees. I was seen by Dr Grant Garlick and I was very impressed by the whole experience. I was greeted several times and politely directed to the area or zone I needed to sign in. The building is large and clean and a sight to see. The check in experience was so professional. I was directed to Radiology where I was expediently taken care of. They completed X-rays on my knees and very kindly directed me back to the waiting room. Within minutes I was called back and the nurse practitioner was friendly and skilled. Dr Garlick came in within minutes and allowed me to talk about the pain in my knees. He was patient and provided me with knowledgeable feedback and a plan. I had both knees drained and it was done so skilled and meticulously that I had very little discomfort. Best ortho experience ever"

"Main Greeter warm, friendly & helpful. Dr's front desk staff harried, but not quite rude. Nurse/assistant upbeat & friendly. Physician professional, warm, open to questions, listened, & answered with a positive, polite attitude. Clearly laid out what he saw in my x-ray, what the likely cause was, & what the next steps should be. The wait to see him was longer than the visit! Can't decide if that's a plus or minus!"
