"I went to this facility on Kennedy today and I am completely disgusted and furious with the treatment I received today ! I went to the location on 7/27 for my appointment at 845. I was unaware I was at the wrong location since I contacted the number listed on the site. Not only did I have to knock multiple times because the door was locked after opening time of 830 the attitude I received from the staff was unbelievably rude . I asked for help since my appointment wasnt there . She told me to call the number I did yesterday and they will tell me . I told her I don’t know what to do and where should I call and she wasn’t being very helpful . The attitude continued as she rolled her eyes at me and said we have a few locations so call and find where your appointment is. I’m already having a hard time with the decision I’m making and it’s very stressful. But to receive that kind of treatment put the worst taste in my mouth ."

"I had a great experience there for the circumstances. Didn’t wait long at all . Front stuff was amazing and so was the doctor. I even had to call after hours and the lady I spoke with was super kind and helpful."

"This entire office is employed by rude and extremely and sensitive people. What kind of a miserable human being treats people the way they do especially when you’re going through something that is already very stressful, I would avoid this place at all cost. They are very unorganized with appointments and will make you wait much longer than initially promised. They will ask you to arrive there between 12:15 and 12:20 PM or else you will not be able to get your prescription and then make you sit there until 1 PM. The most offputting experience was dealing with their male doctor, who thought he would try to be funny and said “oh let’s use the extra large probe for you.” What kind of so-called medical professional uses language like that to speak to a patient?? I’ve got so much more to write, but do not want to give this place any more of my time. Rest assured I will spread the word about how horrible this place is."

"I decided to go to this location for my appointment. The staff and the doctor were more caring and understanding than most other offices I have been to. I would recommend this office for any services you may need as a women. Thank you to everyone who went out of their way to help me."

"Incomplete abortion cost me $58k in hospital bill. I had come into this clinic for an abortion back in the fall. Received the abortion pills, took them as directed, came in for a follow up 2 weeks later. They gave me an ultrasound, verified that there was NOTHING left in my uterus and sent me on my way. About a week after the ultrasound I started bleeding profusely. I mean blood literally pouring out like a waterfall, no maxi pad and diaper combination could prevent the leakage for more than a few minutes. I had also fainted several times. The following morning I had called the clinic and explained to them what was happening to me. I asked if I could come in that same day because something was seriously wrong. The secretary told me their soonest opening wasn’t for two weeks. I insisted that this wasn’t something that could wait two weeks and I needed to be seen asap. She said there’s nothing she could do and that I could go to the hospital if it really is that bad. Problem is, I don’t have insurance, but given that I was on the verge of bleeding out, I had no choice. A couple of hours after being admitted to a hospital in Brandon, I was rushed to Tampa general where I was given several blood transfusions for the severe blood loss, and had a DNC performed to clear out my uterus. Their findings: incomplete abortion. This clinic that “cleared” me and told me that my uterus was clean, was clearly very wrong. The abortion wasn’t complete when they cleared me, and they refused to help when I called in panic. So not only was I scammed $600 for an abortion that was not successful, but I also now have $58k in hospital bills because of their negligence. If you’re planning on getting an abortion, I would STRONGLY suggest going to a more qualified clinic. REPLY: To answer the clinics comment, yes, it was for this location. 3330 W Kennedy Blvd. The total may not have been exactly $600, but it was between $550-$650 (so sorry I do not recall the exact amount from a procedure 4 months ago), and I'm not sure the relevance of this given the context of my review. You may have the physician in the office everyday, but the secretary had told me you're booked out for the next 2 weeks, despite my insistence on how urgently I need to be seen. As most clinics have recorded calls, I strongly suggest you review those calls, including mine. I have never written a google review, but given how traumatic and EXTREMELY costly this visit has been for me, I decided to leave my first google review, to warn other women NOT to go here. Please take accountability for the negligence of your clinic and not try and deflect on a patient that has already suffered so much both mentally and financially (ME!)."
