"I did a home sleep study and I needed to call multiple times in the night for some instructions. I talked to Roger, and he was very kind and explained everything well. I can at least say that the phone operation service is great."

"I came in for a polysomnography and then stayed the next day for a multiple sleep latency test. I was way to nervous for this. The environment is comfortable, clean, and nice and cold! I like being cold to sleep but wish I had packed a pair of sweat pants for the non sleeping times. The staff is so nice! Everyone who has worked with me or checked in on me have been very helpful and made me feel comfortable. The staff really went above and beyond in my opinion. 10/10 would recommend this location if you have to have a sleep study."

"I had a need for a home sleep study and unfortunately Bay Care used Mease. From the start, the administration process made things extremely difficult. In fact, more than a month after my doctor prescribed the study I had heard nothing from Mease to actually set up the study. What Mease did fast was to take my copayment, but weeks later I had to make numerous calls to reach someone at Mease to get answers regarding getting the equipment. When I asked why the service hadn’t and couldn’t be set up, the Mease person said my health insurance provider had not provided approval. I told the person this didn’t make sense as my copayment was taken weeks before. So, I called my insurance provider and was told they had no requests from Mease. I finally gave up and pleaded with my ENT doctors office to intervene. Within hours I got a call from Mease apologizing for the delay. However, Mease couldn’t send out the equipment for almost a month, and when I finally received the equipment I found a letter enclosed that threatened additional charges if I didn’t send back the equipment within 5 days of receipt. So, Mease took months to complete their process, but gave me 5 days. As a result of this terrible service from Mease, my follow-up appointment with my ENT had to be rescheduled twice. My experience wasn’t just an unfortunate fluke as my wife had to also use Mease and experienced the same terrible service. Avoid using Mease if at all possible!"

"Great staff! They very attentive to my son when he had his study done here. Got us in super quick too! We changed to this place over another over having a long wait for the study. Doctor wanted it done sooner. So glad we went here. Son said the bed was super comfy even with all the wires on."

"They actually reached out to me once my doctor put the order in. And also again the day before to see if i had any questions. In between that i was kept informed by email. Tiffany was wonderful and made me feel comfortable and informed me of each step alog the way. The room was set up nice and I actually slept very well. Everyone couldn’t of been nicer. I highly recommend this center."
