"Took my 83 yr old Mom in a wheelchair in to Radiology for a n outpatient Lumbar Puncture procedure. Our first time at Mease -booked there because it was easily accessible from Westchase & had earliest availability. She said the hospital looked & felt more like a resort instead which helped her relax. In the gift shop she got to pick out out Dad's Valentine Card herself for the first time in years. Registration called us before we'd paid. Staff from check in to care to discharge were awesome with her, patient with explanations & understanding of her confusion & conditions. Cafeteria was definitely a pleasant surprise during her 6 hr procedure. Will definitely use more often"

"The 2 women who were in charge in the Idium Scan area were fabulous, professional, kind, patient, informative, good humored just to name some of their qualities. it was an overall good experience if you have to have blood drawn and tagged with nuclear materials and get scanned under a metal sheet for a time.
