"I’ve done acupuncture many years ago in south Florida for an injury as well as for Fertility support which is when I became a believer in acupuncture. "little back story (pun intended) I started a running streak back on Jan 3rd and today was my 238th day in a row running. 2 weeks ago I threw my back out lifting up stuff and immediately went to my chiropractor. After his adjustment I kept running. I threw it out again a couple days later and went in for a second adjustment. The soreness and pain remained, but I kept running. (I’m aware of my stubbornness) My plan was to give it one more week before making the decision to stop. That’s why I decided to give Janine at the West Orlando Acupuncture and Wellness a shot. (I had never tried this before) Before starting she asked me to show my range of motion and what was causing the pain. My ability to lean forward was nil. With that, I laid down and she did the cupping and acupuncture. After an hour of work I was able to lean completely over. I still have some soreness but I was able to run that night, and after waking up the next day I still have my range in motion. I have one particular spot still sore, but I’m thankful for the ability to not be in excruciating pain."
