He went over and beyond by looking up my son’s insurance number because I did not have the insurance card. When I became a little agitated because I couldn’t find the insurance card he told me no worries, he would find it for me. I would visit this location again just because of the excellent service I received."

First time I went was 4 months ago with my toddler and again with my other son a few months ago and both times were very minimal wait time and again, Dr. Williams and staff very professional and attentive to our care. CentraCare Urgent Care is staffed by nothing, but friendly, courteous, and ultra professional healthcare professionals. I would recommend this urgent care center over all others. And I’ve been there on more than one occasion. Plus, the bathroom, the waiting room and the treatment rooms are so clean and pleasant too!!!!"

"Expect: - long wait (several hours even when the place looks empty - low quality medical treatment - Several Separate, possibly out of network bills - giving up your health privacy rights - being bombarded with religious quotes This place may be in your network but uses contractors that may or may not be in the network exposing you to significant additional expenses (see pic 1 highlighted.) You WILL NOT be informed of this fact unless you ask for a hard copy of the documents AdventHealth expects to sign electronically without seeing them. You must sign in order to be treated whether you agree or not. I ended up with several separate bills in excess of the in network copay even though the treating physician said she works for AdventHealth. Patient Rights were never provided or discussed. I ended up locked up in the exam room, for several hours with bible quotes slide show (pics 2, 3, 4) but no treatment updates. Choose another facility even if u have to drive that will not make you wait for hours. You will receive care sooner and will not be billed to death. If you go to the clinic ask for a printed copy of the documents they expect you to sign and when asked to sign put a note :"In Network Providers ONLY" even on the electronic pad. Remember AdventHealth will take your pic, video and voice record your treatment without disclosing your privacy rights (pic 1, "Photography" paragraph.)"
