"Very horrible people...suppose to be there on time I waited over 45 minutes waiting for the Doctor..front desk girl's just sitting 5 feet from the doctor office listening to me talking to the doctor about my life problems..very rude..Palm Harbor Pharmacy is even worse and ignorant..Trying to get the medication the doctor sent not nowing the Pharmacists saying I am not on Medicare and my card is not the real Medicare.. but I have been using the same Medicare card at pharmacys for over 10 years ? Then they start saying that I don't even have any money to buy the medication I needed..I walked out because telling me about my Medicare..very ignorant women.. Trying just to find Lifestance in Palm Harbor no signs anywhere telling you where to go..Stay away from that place !!!"

"Incredibly disappointed with my experience especially after reading all the positive reviews on here. I was never able to actually see a provider because I could never get through to be able to make an appointment. I was and continue to have have technical difficulties with the website so I could not schedule an appointment via their online portal- was told to call to get it fixed. Stayed on hold for 30 minutes before I hung up. Decided to call again yesterday to just make an appointment over the phone and decided instead of waiting on hold to just have them call me back. The line says that your place will be held in line but I did not receive a phone call until 3 hours after and was unable to answer when they called me back (they did not leave a message so I'm actually only assuming it was LifeStance calling me back). Called back again today and tried waiting on hold- after waiting 20 minutes I pressed the option to have them hold my place in line and call me back. It's been 5 hours and I have not received a phone call. It's a shame because they have great reviews about their providers, but I can't make an appointment online and can't even get a hold of anyone over the phone to make an appointment so I can't do anything other than go elsewhere."
