"This particular Doc, Kannen was fine. Didn't wait long, he explained everything I needed and did not seem rushed. The gentleman who does casts and such was also nice & caring. The office itself on the other hand seems over all un happy. God forbid they have to do any "extra" work. Like you're ruining their day. Meanwhile you can't even walk and are in extreme pain. Ma'am it's not my fault you're sitting where you are. If you don't like your job, get a different one. Even the DMV employees are more pleasant than these disgruntled front desk workers. Make sure you ask questions! If ypu don't ask, they're not gonna offer anything of help for you!"
