"Dr Grayson was very kind, caring, friendly and showed compassion. Highly recommend him for your Orthopedic needs."
"It was a long wait, but that’s what happens when going to a very good facility with top notch care. I have nothing but good comments about Dr Pappou’s competence and everyone else in the office. Also the OT, Maria is excellent."
"Extremely friendly staff as well as the doctor. Explained everything very well. Also as someone who does not have Health Insurance. And had to pay out-of-pocket. Was very reasonabperiod, highly recommend. Capt Craig Skinny water charters"
"Just had an excellent experience at this doctors office with Jeffrey Kannon. I was in and out six minutes before my event appointment was to start. Definitely no waiting around here but yet plenty of attention and care care was given to me."
"I had an utterly disappointing experience at this clinic, where profit seems to take precedence over patient care. As a referral from the VA, I expected professional and attentive service, but what transpired was quite the contrary. Upon my arrival for an appointment aimed at reviewing my MRI results, I was met with a significant delay and a rather inconsiderate approach. The clinic seems to have a blanket policy of insisting on x-rays for all patients, regardless of necessity, possibly as a revenue-generating tactic. Despite having an inconclusive x-ray and subsequently getting an MRI, which I had the report for, the staff inexplicably insisted on another round of x-rays insisting that "Dr. Pappou won't see anyone without images". The dismissive attitude of the staff, including what seemed like the head nurse, was disconcerting. Even after explaining my previous inconclusive x-rays which was the reason behind doing the MRI, they doggedly stuck to their baseless argument that an additional x-ray was required. The head nurse had the gall to ask "how do we know you don't have a bone spur if we don't do x-rays?" blatantly ignoring what I had just calmly explained about imaging I've already had done. No one asked for any of my details like "when was the injury, x-rays, and MRI" or to actually look the MRI report. I asked "so you're refusing to see me because I won't get the x-rays" to which the lady who I assume was the head nurse responded "yes". The entire experience seemed reflective of a disreputable practice that lacked both empathy and professionalism. Final note, their intake form online takes 20-30 minutes to complete. They say they require images to be seen. Do you think maybe that ought to be a notice on their intake form? Do you think maybe they should ask patients checking in if they're new patients if they have their imaging on a disk or thumb drive? They let me sit in the damned waiting room all that time just to refuse to see me. This place should be investigated"
