"I started seeing Dr. Graves over a year ago. I have sleep apnea and I have not had a new sleep study since 2015. I asked Dr Graves if it was time to conduct another study and he said no. In August of this year he did write a prescription for a new bi-pap machine. It is now November and I still do not have my machine. One excuse after the other but his office has still not forwarded info needed from 2015 sleep study. I never get to talk to a person.always have to leave a message and it has been 2 weeks waiting for a call back. They lack customer service. Patients are what keeps them in business. They need to start remembering that."

"Absolute worst. Closed office and never informed me. Made appointment in Sun City for August 20, showed up and Dr. wasn’t in. This is after three phone calls from their office confirming the appointment and me calling an hour before my visit confirming. Showed up and Dr. canceled. Rescheduled for August 27 at 2:00. Arrived on time and drug rep showed up looking to see the doc. Office told the rep that the doc was out until 3:00. Didn’t get to see the doc until 3:00. Scheduled a breathing test for Sept 14. Assistant scheduled and wrote instructions down for office staff to schedule as well as follow up visit on Sept 24. Office staff called to confirm and had total different procedures scheduled. After straightening out the conflict, visits were confirmed and scheduled. Showed up for scheduled tests on Sept 14 and office had no record for my 14th or 24th visits. Can’t call the office...only get answering machine and no one returns calls. STAY AWAY!!!!"

"I have been calling to make an appointment (calling BOTH the Brandon and Sun City Center numbers) and leaving messages since 8:50 am. It's now 10:02 - just goes to VM to leave a message. PLEASE have someone answer your phones!"

"Called for an appt on Wed. Got voicemail. Went to new office Thurs afternoon & was told to go home & expect a call right away. Got call Fri at 4:50 pm. The young woman on the phone spent most of her time giggling at something with another woman in the office and excused herself several times. She asked me to hold on and she'd be right back but I was on hold for over 20 minutes. She apparently put the phone down and went home. I never did get an appointment. Very, very unprofessional. I am so disappointed. It's not the way to run a professional office."

"You have to love their process to get an appointment. Call the phone number and it goes to voicemail, no one ever picks up the phone. Voicemail says you will get a call back within 1 hour. Well, I have been leaving messages for the past 5 months and have yet to receive a return call. I finally stopped in to schedule an appointment. When mentioning their outbox message, all they said was "yeah, we need to change that." Terrible place. Plenty of other places around here."
