"Do not call these “professionals”. They only deal with auto accident victims, and they do not deal with insurance companies. I received a referral for them thru the Tricare/ Humana network provider list. The only way to get on this list is to apply and you have to take Tricare. I called on Monday, September 11th, 2023. The first question I was asked if I had been in an auto accident. I told her no. She asked if I was going to use insurance and I stated “yes, I have Tricare.” The receptionist stated they only deal with auto accidents, and they do not deal with insurance companies, and then hung up on me. The fact they lied on their application to get onto the Tricare/ Humana provider list shows how unprofessional this office is. The receptionist was rude and the fact she hung up on me, if I could give negative stars, I would. Their office staff is not professional, and their website is completely deceiving. Their website never states that they ONLY deal with auto accident victims. I would think twice about contacting or visiting these unprofessional people."

"I was patient of the Apollo Beach location for quite awhile. My doctor dropped me as a patient because my lawsuit is closed and he no longer takes insurance or self pay. I needed a refill of my medicine until I could get into my primary care. His office said he wouldn’t call it in. Also, they dropped me without a notice. I loved the doctor but after this experience my opinion has changed about this clinic."

"Not impressed either time I've met this doctor. The environment is too casual for my taste; loud music and everyone's lunch stunk up the place. We were placed in a room with 2 chair and a whole lot of empty floor, no exam table or anything. The doctor came in for 3 minutes, wrote a prescription for my teenager with a back injury and didn't even ask if she was taking any other medications. We won't be back."

"These doctors and staff care about patients! I have been going to them for a year now,never a long wait and he listens and has new equipment to do the job! I have a better quality of life since going to them! And they take your insurance with low co pays!"

"They wouldn't see me at all because the first question they asked was "is this because of a car accident" (no) and second question "what insurance company do you have" - not even what's wrong or my name - "sorry we don't take your insurance" and hung up. I make plenty of money to pay my bills (six figures) and they won't see me because of my insurance company? Very terrible way to treat people..."
