"I tried over the course of 4 days to get an appointment. Mind you, I’m an established patient. No one picks up the phone at any location and no one returns voicemails. I tried the phone option as a new patient making an appointment and someone immediately picks up because it’s clearly a call center. That person said the offices would call me back within 3 hours and no one ever did. When I had a baby with them two years ago, the being able to contact them was always an issue and now it’s impossible to get hold of them. They lost a patient in me and I will make sure to tell everyone to avoid this practice."

"I love this practice! These dr. Listen and seek solutions. This has been my experience. After a history of miscarriages dr.Benitez (who seems to never forget a face or a diagnosis) sat down with me at the hospital when I miscarried and took her time to explain in detail what was happening with me. A year later I gave birth to a baby boy and coincidentally she was at the hospital during my recovery and she came in because she remembered me by looking at my chart, to congratulate me. It was like going full circle in my journey. When I got pregnant, dr.palazzo gave me treatment immediately. Dr.Olivares accompanied me with her wonderful med student for half my journey, patiently answering every question. And Dr. Denardis who believes me when I speak to him about my symptoms and diligently sends me off to specialists, labs or schedules me for appointments. He actually sent me to a specialist before getting pregnant. And once I got pregnant he did so again. (Dr. Myles is amazing) And finally Dr Osborne, she brought my child into this world excellently and provided a diagnosis in the process. Loved the solidarity from her and the team. Many blessings to all of these excellent Dr. who accompanied me in my journey in a very diligent and human way. If it wasn’t for them I wouldn’t have my rainbow baby."

"I haven’t even made it to an appointment and I must say, it’s really RIDICULOUS that no one has answered either of the phone lines for two days straight. The operator asks you to select an option, and once it says please hold for someone, it literally tells you to “hold” or go online for appointments. Once you hold, it hangs up after one ring. Nevertheless, I was referred by a doctor in the emergency room, and the physician they requested isn’t on the list of doctors they show online. So, that leads me to calling so that I can verify rather that physician is still there or not. What’s the point of phone numbers if you cannot get an answer for 2 days straight. I have called non stop. To be a place of business and not be able to have a front desk receptionist to answer phone calls is really absurd. In addition, I have NOT even made it there for an appointment meant as of yet. It would be nice to actually have someone answer the phone."

"I love Dr P, but I really am considering moving because of the front office staff service particularly in this office. I have been here twice and each visit is extremely unpleasant and rude. And I just don’t think coming to this office is worth my while. There are other options out there. Going to the doctor should be a somewhat friendly and pleasant experience from start to finish. Not something you dread!"
