"There is no type of leniency and a lot of old timers working there will do anything to get rid of you. Operators will not take responsibility if they messed up and will put the blame on the next operator. Training is something they really need to work on. People are in and out, even management. Pay is ok, benefits are good. There is no type of quality system. There’s mandatory overtime, so there’s really no time for family. They have a point system that’s unfair. Even if you get shot and can’t make it in, they’ll deduct a point. Basically no excuse policy and you’re pretty much signing your life to them along"
