"The doctors and the nurses are awesome but a year I’ve been trying to talk with the office manager but she refuses to talk with me. The front desk put my son with an excellent doctor that was not in the network of my insurance. The can’t do it, because they checked my insurance before the appointment."

"I brought my 2 children in yesterday for a first visit. We arrived at 8:20am and left at 10:48am. That's unacceptable. The only person worth mentioning is the medical assistant. She spent more time with us than the resident Callie Alt or Anita Moorjani. The resident was unable to answer basic questions that someone should know. I kept getting the answer "I think so." She was awkward when handling my toddler and not interactive at all. You can tell she requires more training and should be monitored more closely. Her physical was not in depth. Things pediatricians generally do were not conducted during annual visits. Than Moorjani comes in. I do not know what my son's hemoglobin or lead results were. Moorjani did not conduct a physical exam. I do not know basic things such as his height and weight because percentiles were not reviewed. I do not know the outcome of his vision exam. I was told he could not have the flu shot because we didn't have the right kind of insurance- they were offering it to other people first. My son is a kidney patient and should have been looked over by the attending. She further concluded my son has autism because he has a speech delay. She did not observe or properly assess him. I explained that it is unethical to diagnose a child under 5 with autism, as children can have traits but not the disorder. I am highly trained in this area and have the degrees to match. Moorjani clearly should not be working in a teaching environment. It is essential to properly train and model for residents. The residency program at Shands is vastly different. Just an overall poor experience. There are quality physicians out there so please don't ever settle for poor healthcare experiences. Please do not leave a response, fix it. I would like answers to my questions for both children, in writing. Medical malpractice should be taken seriously. Complaints can be filed with the Department of Health."

"I showed up before 8 for COVID walk in. They checked me in within 25 minutes of opening and then in about 1 hour had a timeslot. Nurse Yolanda was extremely friendly and helpful with questions. The whole process was very "rapid"!! Thankfully my results came back negative!!!"

"This was first time at this location, I typically go to the one in apopka but this one was very beautiful. The inside was so nice and clean. I saw my cardiologist for a follow up and its always a pleasure seeing him he is so personable. Dr Rodrigo Do Lago. Everyone is so nice there. It is at a busy location but extremely lovely."
