Previous FOI patient where appointments were delayed & Dr provided snacks & water in the waiting room after taking months to obtain an appointment. Was in shock to call Thursday & have an appointment Friday. Staff extremely friendly & accommodating. Dr took his time to understand what I was telling him & what I needed. Services provided & I was referred from general orthopedics to a surgeon. First surgeon I was referred to see was entirely too far from my home. Staff obtained name of alternative surgeon at the Citrus Park center which I was reasonably able to get to as my ability to travel is extremely limited especially depending on my health that day. Staff was able to obtain an appointment only 9 working days away at Citrus Park location which is not only a Dr office, but has an attached surgical center.
