"Awful experience. I finally got an appt with Dr. A Patel who was referred to me. He tested me for ADD and sure enough I have it. I was diagnosed in the past and had been on adderal and vyvance. He decided to prescribe me with vyvance. Once I found that the Vyvance was out of stock since december with no dates when it would come in, I contacted the office and left a message with the situation asking to be prescribed adderal (which the pharmacy has in stock). no call back. I called again a week later and still no call back. I dont understand why you would not call your patient back. This is so frustrating."
"I've been going here for years and they've been consistently awful to me and my mother. Half hour wait times (past my appointment time), rude staff, frankly useless appointments. The only competent one there is Poet, and from what I've heard she moved to another company. Good for her, honestly. Can't wait to pack up and start going somewhere else."
"Been seeing Dr. shah for years and this is the most backwards unprofessional Drs office I’ve ever been to. The wait is never less than an hour and if you complain they’ll move you to another waiting room in the back to shut you up and they’ll all be rude to you. They don’t even speak to you they just leave you to wait until you say something, then when you do, you’re a problem. I had an appointment at 11:15 with two other people to see Dr. shah and at 12:00 they tell us the doctor isn’t here yet. It’s like they don’t even know their patients have mental health issues. I liked it better during Covid when the doctor would spend 5 minutes on the phone with me at his leisure, send in my meds, then bill my insurance company for a full hour in office visit. The doctor doesn’t even remember my name half the time. 10 different people up at the reception desk and not one of them know what’s going on and the lady who runs the whole disaster is the first one to slam doors. Lack of compassion is an understatement."
"I definitely would not recommend this place to work for or as a patient. Sarah Corona is very unprofessional and likes to micromanage people. I worked there for two days and was let go because I used the bathroom 3x in one day, according to her I was not taking enough notes. Sarah belittled me in front of another staff member and said that I need to impress people when I start a new job. In the two days I was there I noticed the front desk girls are actually very rude to the patients, a patient called and the front desk girl literally put the phone down while the patient was ranting because they messed up her appointment. I was disgusted. I thought I would come work here and make a difference and treat mental patients with compassion, respect and dignity. I also witnessed Sarah Corona yelling at the employees. Stay away from this place. !!!!!"
"I was a patient with a consistent doctor that I had been working with for months. I was having major surgery and told him that I would call to schedule my next appointment when I knew more. When I called to schedule my next appointment I was told that I missed my last appointment which was on the day I was having surgery. I explained that I did not make that appointment, therefore I did not miss an appointment. I was told the only way to make my next appointment was to pay a $50 fee for the missed appointment. I asked to speak to the manager (Sarah) of the office. I have since left approximately 6 messages with no return phone call and they will not let me schedule another appointment."
