Our family doesn't need a doctor often as we are fairly healthy but if anything arises we go here first, not primary care. "I went to urgent care on Monday for severe abdominal pain. The doctors, nurses and staff were amazing! They got me back in quickly and figured out what was wrong. Everyone there was super nice and took great care of me and helped me through the pain!"

"I wasn’t able to save my place in line ahead of time so I walked in at 8am as soon as they opened. They got me checked in and I was taken back maybe ten minutes later. Within those ten minutes, I watched about six other patients walk in and wait as well. I am a BayCare employee so I’m not sure if this had anything to do with my short wait. But Dr Cascio was great and she took efficient care of me and even wrote a doctor’s note for my boss. Great experience!!"

"It was terrible experience I had. The receptionist should put the chair higher so she can see the patient on eye level. She was too low sitting and small voice. The nurse and doctor was very unkind that telling me that this place is not treat panic attacks. If do they could tell me at front or they could say more kindly for person experiencing the panic attack. They repeatedly said “We don’t treat here. “ I was really disappointed."
