"Do not try calling them. They have you on hold forever. When they tell you how many is ahead of you on the call, they give you an option for a call back, they do not call back. Every single time I have called I have waited over an hour and that is just with 3 callers ahead of me. When I request the call back, I never receive a call back. So either they just don't want to take care of me personally or their whole phone system is in need of a major overhaul. Plus Dr Heredia needs to be more patient and her assistant needs more bedside manners. Her assistant even even did not pass on an important paper for my MRI referral to the doctor causing me to have to wait an extra 9 days for my referral. Dr Heredia asked me to call her before going to the ER so she can meet me there, which is good, but with their phone system, I would die before I got through."

"I definitely recommend centerwell. Specifically, Dr. Rafael Martinez. The Dr was very patient centered, super knowledgeable and the staff was friendly. During today’s visit my dad had a bad reaction to an injection given and the staff handled it great! It felt like he was in good hands despite the scary situation."

Dr Santos was very thorough and answered all my questions. The office staff was also very pleasant and helpful.
