"Since Dr.Chockski leaving this office. The level of service has been frustrating at best. My Father, husband and children were patients of Dr Chocski and he was a wonderful Dr. Since his leaving any issue we are asked to go to urgent care. Why do we have a PCP? The office is slow to answer calls more than 20’minutes on hold as well as the Nurse who returns phone calls is very disingenuous. The office is no longer what it was..I am forced to find a new pcp!"

"Horrible establishment. Just look at the other reviews. Doctors are good but staff is rude and unprofessional. Don’t give your money to a place that doesn’t have basic human decency in a healthcare profession. Also, doesn’t take new patients on a friday. That doesn’t make any sense and I’ve never seen such laziness from a clinic. You’re better off going somewhere else."
