"Just get out of work at 11 I went to my house to pick up my son sick to take them to the urgent care because online said it is still open until midnight while stressed in an outside. I took my son out and drove all the way. I park there around 11:30 and look like been close for long. Because gate is down, no cars and everything is turn off. On the website still saying it's still open and at this time. It's still saying close soon. That's not convenience that's put in my son and risk because it's getting worse because of rain even I cover him but it was not right if it says open. It should be open if it's closed, okay, it is closed so I don't have to drove there. I'll take him my son out on the rain. Im very disappointed."

"Walked in with my 6 month old. My 6 month old is wheezing and coughing, almost like mucus in his throat or lungs. Told the doctor someone in the house had a cold last week and he basically ignored that. He said everything was normal and he wasn’t wheezing. But I can obviously hear him wheezing. He was going to prescribe breathing treatments, said someone was gonna be in to see us. Doctor came back and said he was too young for breathing treatments. Didn’t test for RSV or flu or anything!!!"

"I wanted to share my recent experience with central Florida pediatric urgent care night availability. Unfortunately, my daughter needed attention one evening, and despite our expectations, we were unable to reach the doctor. No one was available for her!!!! This was a concerning situation for us as parents, and we felt let down by the lack of responsiveness during a critical time. I believe it's crucial for pediatricians to be accessible, especially during emergencies or urgent situations. While I've had positive experiences with them in the past, this particular incident left us feeling frustrated and concerned about our child's well-being. I hope this feedback can contribute to improvements in the night availability and responsiveness of the practice. As parents, our children's health is our top priority, and we rely on medical professionals for support during times of need and for them to be caring and not follow by rules!! Last time I’ll be coming here! They don’t care about your children at all with their behavior."
