"Do Not Recommend. Dr refused to sign a form a week after I had an office visit, form was for my Insurance Company offering a Full Immersion Health Program participant, to help change to a healthier lifestyle (diet, exercise, group discussions, mental health). Dr insisted I come in for visit and she would sign, that would be another $70 office Visit (which is very high to begin with). Basically she only wants the money, refused to speak to me about it, had someone else tell me she won't consider signing form until after office visit, and I HAD a physical scheduled for 3 weeks away. They wouldn't have had any lab results back and the form had to be returned this week. Very Unhelpful, Unprofessional and overall lack of bedside manner on any visit by the Dr. (Physicians Assistants were all good, lots of changes though). I have cancelled my appointments that were scheduled and will be filling a complaint with Insurance Company on the Practice. Do yourself a favor and look for Health Care elsewhere, not here."
