"I had an appointment scheduled with Matthew David Thompson, PA-C. I have checked in over 45 minutes and am still waiting to be seen. Efficiency, time management, and patient satisfaction lack greatly at this site. Please advise on long wait times prior to making an appointment."

Dr. Thompson is exceptional in his care and is truly passionate about his profession. Yes, you will wait to see him but, this is because he takes his time with each of his patients to ensure everything you need is addressed."

"Disappointed... I was exactly 10 minutes late for my appointment because of a traffic problem. A receptionist who could never put on a good face at any time. She told me that she had no options on the same day when they have signs that offer "same day appointments" ... Since I asked for the appointment, the service was bad. At no time did I ask myself what motivated my consultation request!They did not establish good contact with the patient. At no time did they reconfirm the appointment or establish any other type of contact (text & email) to show that they are attentive to our well-being. Is the well-being of others not the reason for the Adventist health system worldwide? The concern for the well-being of the patient from the first contact made Adventist medical institutions recognized. I am totally disappointed. I can understand that I was late, but at no time did the receptionist ask me what my situation was, if I felt bad or not... if I was in an emergency or needed something. Some type of ailment or discomfort is generally the motivation of any person to seek medical help ... or not? Not only as an ordinary patient, but also as a 7th-Day Adventist, I am disappointed. Even more for having been involved and supported, in many ways, the world Adventist Health System ..."

"Honestly, If I could give 6 stars I would. From the moment you walk in you are greeted with a smile from the very welcoming receptionist. Even on the phone she has the best customer service! Jenny, my nurse is so amazing and remembers things about me which makes you feel special. She even checks in when things are taking a while which I've NEVER seen in my life of 40 years! And Dr. Matthew I cannot brag enough about. He is so detail oriented like no other. I was nervous about things I was going in for when I first saw him and he made me feel so comfortable and welcomed. I have never had such a great group of staff all at once at a Dr.s office like this and I have finally found what my family and I have been looking for in a physicians office. And please keep in mind Dr. Matthew is worth waiting for, even if you are waiting longer than usual. As I said he is detail oriented and caring and THAT is what I want when it is someone caring for my health."
