"Giving it 2 stars because the front desk is very nice. I came to have a new IUD put in because the Lakeland location put the IUD in wrong so it was removed and I had to wait 30 days before putting in a new one. Anyways..after one hour of waiting I left because it seemed like the walk ins and the appointments that came in AFTER me were seen first. I spent 3 hours round trip driving just to the location, not counting the additional time it took to drive to the babysitter plus money spent on babysitter and gas. Anyways if you’re ok with waiting then go for it. Staff is friendly and place looked clean. If you have insurance just go to a GYN for your services"
