"This ER needs some serious work! Came in at 10pm with severe anxiety. I am having to face my husband for the 1st time in court for domestic violence since he tried to kill me last month. I got nurse Robin, what a nasty individual!! No compassion, no bedside manner, rude, disrespectful, kicked my friends out of the room. She asked me "what do you want tonight". All I wanted was something to take the day I was going to see him for the 1st time since the bruital attack. The doctor came in and was also very rude. He would not give me anything that would help me. I ended up walking out in tears. I got out to the waiting room and paramedic Chad was there with my friends. He was so amazing! Chad talked to the charge nurse about Robin. Chad got me a drink and had me sit until I calmed down a little bit. From what I understand this is not the first time Robinhas been this way with veterans. She needs to be fired. I will not be coming back to this VA ever again. Domestic violence survivors should not be treated this way!"
