"Dr. Watson has been our family's pediatrician for 18 years. Through the years she's tracked our kiddos milestones, provided invaluable medical care and even given solicited parenting advice. Dr. Watson is extremely knowledge, easy to talk to and compassionate. The staff has always been very professional and courteous. And, have gone out of their way many times to be accommodating. We highly recommend."
"If you were looking for a compassionate, caring pediatric doctor office for your children, please continue your search. We moved to Clermont about a year ago and were referred to this group by a neighbor we had just met. As we were new to the area we decided to take the recommendation and use them for our child's health needs. The few times we have used their services so far, not once have we left the office with a sense of satisfaction that we picked a "good" doctor. Their cold demeanor and poor patient communication skills have left us baffled as to how they've been in business up until now. Yesterday at 3 PM our daughter saw one of the doctors and was prescribed a medicine that is unobtainable in the state of Florida. In fact no one even seems to of heard of it before. So after placing several calls yesterday evening with the answering service service, we had to go the night with no medication. We were promised that something would be called in first thing the next morning. After a long night of watching our daughter suffer we woke up the next morning to check in and see what medicine was available for us to pick up, nothing at all was handled or called in to the pharmacy. and after speaking to the office manager named Mildred, we were told that the doctor is very busy and will call us when she can to discuss other potential medication to be prescribed. When it was brought to her attention that we were there yesterday which would take precedent over today and should be handled first in the scheme of things relating to priority, she became very nasty and loud on the phone and told us that we are not getting anywhere so we should end the conversation. You would think that prople in these positions would have some compassion or general patient relations skills to discuss the issues at hand. Can you imagine what it is like to see your kid suffering and not be able to do anything for them? Well we had to and hope that you do not have to."
