"Kissimmee location. I walked in 10 min before by appointment time. Staff was very pleasant and knowledgeable. I waited 1/2 hour to be taken inside to get my blood pressure, weight and be taken to a room and be asked questions before the NP arrived another 1/2 hour later. Basically waited an hour to be seen. Practice was clean and I would come again a bit earlier to see if the waiting time would make a difference."

"I loved my in person experience- the staff in the winter garden location are amazing. However getting my birth control pills has been like jumping through rings of fire, on one leg, blindfolded. My appointment was a month ago and I still haven’t been able to get them. Their front office staff (through the phone at least) haven’t been helpful at all. TLDR; I tried to change pharmacies over the phone and it has been unsuccessful. 1 month without my birth control. I have gotten several phone calls saying they submitted my prescription but my pharmacy doesn’t see it in any of their locations."

"Unorganized, poor communication, truly does not care. My wife and I just moved to the area and are actively looking for a doctor as she is far along with our 1st child. We called them last Thursday 23 March 2023 and the process seemed easy enough, we were informed that we needed to fax our medical records from her previous doctor and their doctor would need to approve her because she is far along, no problem. We get verbal confirmation on 27 March 2023 that they received our records as she was “looking right at them” when we were on the phone and waiting for the doctors approval. We give them a follow up call on 29 March 2023 where they inform us they don’t have the medical records. They ask if they can call us back because they need to look for them again. We waited 2.5 hours with 0 follow up, we actually had to initiate the phone call for the follow up, even though we were told they’d reach out to us. We ask again for confirmation that they have our records, which they reply no and the “fax lady“ isn’t available but they can call us back again when she’s free. We voiced our frustration saying that we were told they have them and now magically they don’t. On top of this, we are now informed almost a week later since we began communicating with them that they don’t have any openings until May if we were fine with waiting, AFTER we explained she is due the beginning of May. What was the reply when we asked why nobody bothered informing us that there were no openings when we first called on March 23rd? “yeah I don’t know why nobody told you” This place will lose your medical records, not follow up with phone calls when they state they will, or even bother to care about your needs as somebody who is far along in their pregnancy . EDIT: Updating my review to reflect the services after this review was made. They reached out to us and rectified everything. Seems to be a miscommunication on the matter and all things are resolved."

"It was my first visit and the two young ladies in the front were very nice and helpful. I got my paperwork done and was called quickly after. While in the room the young lady who took my vitals and asked me questions was very nice as well. My favorite part of the visit was when the Doctor came in and was so informative and caring about my situation. Definitely looking forward to my future visits."
