"Experience was great. Saved a spot online. They were 45 mins past the scheduled time but that happens in these situations. I saw the Nurse Practioner. I am Canadian, visiting Florida. I will definitely go there again should I require urgent care services."

"The receptionist was about as helpful as a box of rocks. I sat for over 2 hours and she never informed me that I had to go on line and finish signing in. It wasn’t until another frustrated. Another Patient asked about it and that time he told me I needed to do that. The receptionist made the whole experience a nightmare. I was in so much pain and she just sat there stretching and yawning. She needs to be fired. Other than her, and 3 hours of suffering in pain, everyone else were great. They helped me."

"The attending physician's nurse, Celeste Turner, was amazing... quick and accurate diagnosis, thoughtful and appropriate treatment, and expressed genuine concern... even after seeing patient after patient (they were busy). Highly recommend this location. Brought a visiting family member here around Thanksgiving and he received the same great care."

"I've been to urgent care places a few times in the past and never been very impressed. I'm an RN, so I tend to be somewhat critical. But this was my first time at BayCare urgent care and I was impressed. Everyone was very professional and very knowledgeable. I was also surprised at the testing that was done prior to giving me a diagnosis. I was asked for come back 2 days later for a follow up (never was asked to do that before) and although I had a different health care provider, was equally impressed with the person too! Great job!! The only negative was that the location did not have an x-ray machine and I had to drive several miles to another urgent care to have an x-ray done. Every location should have x-ray capability."
